Who is J & J Services PR2?

 J & J Services PR2 has been doing probate research since 2005 in So. California.  Having been approached by several real estate agents/investors we quickly noticed a need for such a service and began researching what was needed.  We initially started out in one court and within 6 months we were operating in 5 counties (Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego), 27 courts and quickly expanded into San Bernardino county.  Our report format has evolved into one of the most comprehensive probate reports available that will satisfy all of the needs of the industry and continues to evolve to make us one of the best services available in the market today.  And we are currently looking to expand into new territories in Northern California around the San Francisco Bay/Berkley areas.  Our current clients are both real estate realtor's and real estate investors.  We have been doing public record research since 1998 in Orange County California before moving to the current territories, so we are well verse in public record research criteria and well established with the courts. 

A bit about our CEO and Founder

Ace Waldor is a veteran of the US Marine Corps (both active duty and reserves) having served for over 12 years before deciding to leave the Marine Corps.  He served from 1979 to 1985 and then again from 1986 to 1993 in various fields such as communications, anti-air defense and finally as an NCO team leader with Third Civil Affairs Group (3rd CAG) based out of Los Angeles.  During his time with the 3rd CAG, he deployed in Dec 1990 to the Middle East during the Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm campaign, where he received additional training as a PsyOp Operator.  After leaving, he started looking for a challenge that would put the skill set that he’d perfected in the Marine Corps to use.  During his service, Sgt. Ace Waldor received several medals, ribbons and citations including Meritorious Unit Commendation, Naval Unit Commendation, Southwest Asia Service Medal, and both Kuwait Liberation Medals.
